Inspection work of 8.2 Consulting AG now framed by ISO 17020 accreditation
8.2 Consulting AG has once again proven its competence. The inspection portfolio regarding wind turbine generators and conformity checks along grid connection certification activities have been accredited as inspection body by DAkkS (German Accreditation Body) according to DIN ISO/IEC 17020.
The accreditation is evidence of the high claim of quality and competence. Furthermore it guarantees independency and integrity as well as the comparability of the results.
The 8.2 Consulting AG is part of the international 8.2 Group, one of the leading technical experts within the renewable energy sector in Europe. The expertise is based on over 22,000 technical inspections of on- and offshore wind turbine generators as well as more than 150 conformity checks along the certification of grid connections; latter in co-operation with the VDE. The 8.2 Consulting AG is carrying out inspections on wind turbine generators in accordance with the specifications of BWE and in compliance with the guidelines of BSH for about 10 years. With the accreditation the 8.2 Consulting AG has reached an international recognized standard.
